We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow time for you to be able to change into your spa robe and slippers as well as relax in our lounge prior to your service. Arriving early ensures that you will enjoy the entire spa experience.
Guests receiving any facial or waxing services must inform our aesthetician of any medication use including but not limited to topicals, Accutane, Retinol or Vitamin A.
Gift Card Policy
Gift Cards are not refundable and must be presented at Bravo at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen cards are not refundable, replaceable or valid.
Due to the popularity and demand for Bravo spa | salon services, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 24 hour advance cancellation notice required. If proper notice is not given you will be charged 50% of value. Group and Parties: Cancellation of services for parties of 6 or more require at least 48 hours advance notice.
We hope you love everything you order from Bravo. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened cosmetics or products, opened or used electronic devices (Studies show that allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of skin care product's use, give it six weeks).
Should you be less than happy with anything unopened, please return it to Bravo within 30 days with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. NO CASH REFUNDS.
Most of our treatments can be modified for expectant mothers. Please notify your therapist.
A plush robe and slippers will be provided to you for use while at the spa. Undergarments are optional during treatments.
A locker will be provided for you during your spa visit. Bravo is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We therefore recommend that you secure valuables elsewhere prior to your arrival.
Arriving late for your scheduled appointment may inconvenience other guests and could result in a shortened treatment time with full charges being applied. It is often not possible to extend treatment times beyond original scheduled ending time.
To maintain the peacefulness of the spa and as a courtesy to other guests, cell phones and pagers are prohibited within the spa facility.
